New Season in the Olive Grove February 2026.
After a lighter crop last year, the olive grove has responded beautifully to the rhythms of the seasons. Winter 2025 brought welcome rains, replenishing the soil and restoring balance across the trees.
This was followed by a stunning spring, where conditions aligned just right and flowering throughout the grove was nothing short of spectacular.
The abundance of blossoms led to excellent fruit set, and as summer progresses the young olives are developing well. With adequate water available and steady growing conditions, the trees are showing every sign of carrying the crop through to maturity.
Now in February the grove enters a patient and important phase.
Over the coming months the olives will continue to size and harden, drawing on the moisture and nutrients stored in the soil. If conditions remain favorable, we are looking ahead to a harvest in late July—around six months from now.
It’s a promising season, one that reflects the value of good rainfall, careful stewardship, and the slow, natural cycles that shape great olive oil. We look forward to sharing more as the year unfolds and the harvest draws closer.
