This year’s harvest was a very large crop of beautiful fruit, harvested very late (27 July) but remained at optimal ripeness, 1/3 green-gold, 1/3 dark and the 1/3 on the turn of colour.
We are also really pleased to advise that our 10 litre cask size quantity is now back in stock as of 29th September 2026 for this season.
Please contact us about shipping (postage cost) because as an example (this is not a quote) the last one shipped cost $72.00 to send to a destination in NSW from us in Western Australia.
The 10 litre size is NOT flat rate $22 shipping like our smaller sized products and of course It also depends on how many items are ordered. A larger quantity ordered means much heavier weight in shipping cost.
Different destinations have different prices for postage. This is why we ask you to please contact us to ensure correct postage is charged.
1 tonne of olives = 200 litres of oil, (this is at 20% generally)
Although we usually have a higher percentage of oil, this year the first harvest brought 21.5% and the second harvest one week later brought 23%
