Packaged in cask with foil bladder with tap, to exclude air and light and maintain long term freshness.
Tasting notes: EVOO single variety, single estate, Frantoio olive, soft, grassy nose with sweeter notes. Medium fruit and pepperyness on palate. Great accompaniment for most foods and excellent on its own.
Our Olive trees are grown and cared for in a chemical and pesticide free environment just as Nature intended.
